Yondu Udonta is a minor character in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. A Centaurian, Yondu is the former leader of the Ravagers, a group Peter Quill once belonged to. Yondu is currently serving time in the Kyln.

Background

Several years ago during the war, Yondu was captured by the Chitauri and sent to the same prison as Peter Quill. After meeting, the two would escape and Yondu would take Peter under his wing. Years after the war, Yondu would attempt to kidnap Idera's Sacred Heart; however, Peter disagreed and agreed to testify against Yondu before Nova Corps. Yondu was sent to the Kyln, where he would place a bounty on his former protege, while the leaderless Ravagers would scatter across the galaxy.

Yondu is a mentioned-only character in-game. Players can read his criminal file during Chapter 7: Canine Confusion, the Guardians are checking the Nexus control terminal of the Hala's Hope.

Regarding items, the Ravager Comm Bracelet will prompt Peter to talk about his relationship to Yondu with Gamora.
