They are comprised of the actual experiences and personalities uploaded directly from the brains of dead Xandarians. Since nearly every citizen becomes a part of their collective wisdom, the Worldmind is Xandar's undisputed head of state. They also command the Nova Corps, an intergalactic peacekeeping militia.
