Work-Related Death Report is an archive item in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. It is a message written by Investigator Herjonn regarding several deaths caused by Gray Lung.
Gameplay[]
The message can be found during Chapter 12: Knowhere To Run in a mining facility on Knowhere while the team is trying to reach the Continuum Cortex and save Nikki. After picking up Investigating the Hand, players must progress onwards by jumping over the bridge that collapses due to tremors intensifying. Upon stepping onto the platform at the end, players should turn left to find the archive on a corner, to the right of Brain Matter covering the metal floor.
