Labeled as "Kang's Time Chair", it appears during Chapter 6: Between a Rock and a Hard Place among Tivan's collection, between the missing Brood Queen and the Mandarin's Rings. Peter Quill can see this exhibition if he can acquire a Collector's Emporium Ticket.

Everything about this chair and the man who sat in it is soaked in temporal anomaly. Don't worry, I've had it thoroughly cleaned. Constructed by a scientist from the far future, this magnificent device allowed him to build a violent legacy stretching backwards and forwards, across time. Calling himself Kang the Conqueror, his timestream manipulation united thousands of alternate Kangs, who created warring Councils of Kang. I was able to procure this device after two Kangs killed one another. Finders keepers.
