Star-Lord is a space metal band from Earth that was active during the 1980s. Only one album from their discography, Space Rider, is known. At the time, they had four members: Steve Szczepkowski on rhythm guitar and vocals, Yohann Boudreault on rhythm and lead guitar, Vince T. on drums, and Yannick T. on bass.
On said album, the songs "Zero to Hero", "Bit of Good (Bit of Bad)", "Space Riders (With No Names)", "Ghost", "Watch Me Shine", "We're Here", "All for One", "No Guts No Glory", "Solar Skies", and "The Darkness Inside" are featured. It is Peter Quill's favorite band, bearing the logo on his jacket, and the origin of his alias.
