Little is known about the Spartoi people, other than they are a humanoid species that can produce offspring with humans. Culturally, they are a military-focused people who value monarchy above all else, raising their Emperor to an almost god-like status. They are also known for their technological aptitude, creating some of the most advanced weapons technology known to the galaxy.
