Reply: Missing Persons Report is an archive item in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. It is a Knowhere Security response to a complaint filed by Ghid and Fraed Enstikla, whose son Klid was still in the Collector's Emporium when it took off.

It is a message Peter Quill can find on Knowhere in Chapter 12: Knowhere To Run on the ground near some vending machines. On the right, in front of the one with Arishem depicted, is the archive. They are in the area where the museum was located prior to the Universal Church of Truth's invasion.

We bought tickets to the Collector's Emporium and our son, Klid, ran ahead because he was so excited to see the stupid frog. Before we could catch up, the doors SHUT between us!
There was no announcement. Nothing! And then everything started rumbling and we panicked and backed up and then the whole museum just took off and left the station with our little boy inside! We don't know where the Collector is going or how to even contact him. This is abduction!
It doesn't even make sense! Why would the Collector kidnap Klid? There's not even anything unique or interesting about him!
