Players can find Drax's Rap Sheet in Chapter 7: Canine Confusion. In the area with a Workbench on the Hala's Hope, there is brittle material covering an entrance. Through the gap, one must crouch under a pipe and walk to the end, then shoot some more brittle stuff and create a way up via fallen crates. Straight ahead is a dead maintenance worker on a platform. The player then must go right and follow that passage to the end. The rap sheet is on a broken crate.
On the Milano, the rap sheet will trigger a conversation with Drax, after which its Galactic Compendium entry is unlocked.

Drax's criminal record details how an honorable Katathian ended up earning the moniker "Drax the Destroyer." It is the most viewed criminal record in the Nova Corps database and a fascinating case for experts in intergalactic law. Experts have long debated how one goes from a murderous multi-planet rampage to a full pardon. Drax did not even mount a defense and admitted guilt to every charge. Does his victory against Thanos outweigh his own crimes? The Worldmind seemed to think so.
