Praxius IX is a mentioned-only location in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
Story[]
In 7801,[1] after the crew of Hala's Hope investigates the Quarantine Zone and becomes infected with a mysterious phenomenon known as the Promise, the mass delusion begins sweeping the galaxy, converting all who encounter it. In less than three cycles, it spreads from the vessel to multiple outposts, worlds, and systems, including Praxius IX.[2] The fate of Praxius IX after the Guardians defeat Magus is unknown.
Gameplay[]
The planet is mentioned in passing during Chapter 9: Desperate Times by the Xandarian Worldmind, while they explain the state of the galaxy to the team and their reasons to retreat.
