Ogrodes are creatures that appear in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Violent and territorial, they inhabit the caves below the surface of Lamentis.

The rock-like skin practically allows the creature to merge with the ground in the caves and can cause some surprise. They are sturdy enemies with the ability to throw rocks at their opponents.

These hulking cave dwellers are found deep in the tunnels of Lamentis. They may have once been a more advanced race, perhaps even the sculptors behind the many bizarre statues down in the depths. However, they are now in complete symbiosis with a diverse combination of cave plants and fungi. Unfortunately for the host creatures, one particular type of fungus has replaced most of the brain tissue needed for higher functions and driven them towards more primal needs. It appears the fungus prefers the dark, since none of these beasts has been observed on the planet's surface.
The Priests of Pama have tried to communicate with the ogrode but have only been met with violence so far.
