Notice: Malfunction is an archive item in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. It is a message written by one of the Converted, Fyor, regarding an out-of-service Inquisitor of the Universal Church of Truth.

Gameplay[]

It can be found on Sacrosanct during Chapter 8: The Matriarch to the right of the aforementioned downed Inquisitor. It is in the room next to where RE: She Has Come! is, where players need to grab a battery from the fallen enemy.
