Nano-Resin Incident Report is an archive item in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. It is was written by Centurion Xarmus Vold after an incident involving fellow Centurion Ker-Darr in the Quarantine Zone and the nano-resin that permeates it.
Gameplay[]
It can be found in Chapter 1: A Risky Gamble. Right after Peter Quill, Rocket and Groot are dropped by the Milano, the player can walk left from the place where Rocket installs the first thumper, use the Jet Boots to reach a metal platform, then look for a yellow crate. The message can be found on top of it.

CENTURION XARMUS VOLD
Centurion Ker-Darr has lost his arm to the nano-resin, though accounts of this accident contradict each other. Ker-Darr maintains that the nano-resin "splashed" him, instantly encasing him up to his elbow. However, his Corpsmen have reported that he put his arm inside on a dare, directly violating safety measures and, of course, costing him said limb. The acidic compounds within the resin are designed to break down space-worthy metals, so we were not surprised to find it dissolving his arm within the span of a few micro-cycles.
My recommendation: a refresher course on safety protocols within the Quarantine Zone and a stern warning about pranks or bets during any Nova Corps mission. I do not advise punishment for Centurion Ker-Darr because his synthetic arm will serve as a constant reminder of his folly, no matter which story is true.
