Mantlo's Bar is a location in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. It is located on Knowhere and is one of Rocket's favourite pubs.

The pub is featured when the crew lands on Knowhere to see Cosmo in Chapter 6: Between a Rock and a Hard Place to report the strange events they witnessed in Chapter 5: Due or Die. If the player goes in before the crew splits, the criminal Lipless can be met here. Also the Egghead Reviews: Mant-Blows can be found in one of the tables.
The bar is destroyed during the Universal Church of Truth invasion to Knowhere and the crew can find the remains in Chapter 12: Knowhere To Run.

Unless you're in the market looking for criminal contracts or looking for goons, it is ill-advised to have a drink in Mantlo's Bar. This watering hole for Knowhere's shadiest denizens has a nasty reputation, and not just for its low hygiene standards—many of the galaxy's biggest heists, abductions, and assassinations have been plotted between these grimy walls. Mantlo's is a place where even the bartender can be trusted to sell a secret. Once seated inside the bar, a patron is assumed to be buying or selling something illegal.
Knowhere Chief of Security Cosmo turns a blind eye to Mantlo's, as part of an agreement with the criminal element to keep the peace, but many suspect he's listening in telepathically for any direct threats to the station.

- The bar is named after Marvel writer Bill Mantlo.
- It is likely to be a reference to Starlin's Bar, named after writer Jim Starlin, which is a location on Knowhere that first appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy #13 (2009).
