The Kree Purity Council is mentioned in a message with the title Upcoming Accuser Visit. A female Accuser was supposed to make a diplomatic trip to the Hala's Hope; during the visit, she was to check the background of all Kree corpsmen, among them Ko-Rel and Nicholette Gold.

Known for exceptional arrogance, the Kree are an advanced militaristic race from the planet Hala who obsess over genetic purity. The Kree control over a thousand worlds, many of which have become centers for biomechanical engineering and genetic manipulation. They are eager to push the limits of evolution and, on some worlds, have even divided their society into castes based on blue or pink skin.
The Kree are ruled by the Supreme Intelligence, which, similar to the Xandarian Worldmind, is an amalgamation of minds, processed and compiled from deceased Kree. Though the Kree can be difficult to tolerate, they've found their place among various populations across the galaxy and boast some of the most renowned Galactic War heroes.
