Trainer Klemn is a minor character in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and a member of Nova Corps. Klemn was the instructor of Cadet Nicholette Gold.

Background

Of unknown origin, Klemn presumably joined Nova Corps sometime after the Galactic War and became a training officer. Klemn was then assigned to the Hala's Hope, commanded by Ko-Rel. Her young daughter Nicholette Gold decided to join the Corps, for which Klemn was assigned to oversee her training sessions.

However, Nikki would either be frequently late or miss at least half of the sessions, steal equipment outside of her access levels, break into off-limits sectors, bothering her superiors, and even attempted to stow away on a Quarantine Zone patrol shuttle. Klemn thought Nikki to be an exceptional recruit and thus tolerated her eccentricities for a while, covering for her, but some peers started to suggest that Klmen was going easy on Nikki only because she was Ko-Rel's daughter. Put in an uncomfortable situation, Klemn wrote a message to Ko-Rel, hoping she could somehow get through to Nikki.

It is unknown what became of Klemn when the Hala's Hope was converted into following the Universal Church of Truth and many of the Corpsmen were killed.
