The Hyde Formula is a minor item in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. It is a serum created by Calvin Zabo and can be found in-game as an exhibit in the Collector's Emporium on Knowhere.
Background[]
The Hyde Formula was created by Calvin Zabo in an effort to push the Human body to its limits. After he consumed the formula Zabo developed the alternate identity known as Mr. Hyde the serum also gave him immense strength allowing Hyde to battle against some of Earths most powerful heroes. Eventually Zabo was imprisoned and the formula was found by the Collector.

Occasionally, the Terran mind is capable of exceptional brilliance. Take Calvin Zabo, for example. Through chemistry, Zabo believed he could push the human body beyond its accepted limits and created this potent serum. Upon imbibement, his musculature rapidly expanded, enabling his brutish alter ego, "Mr. Hyde," to hold his own against some of Earth's greatest champions. Zabo now wastes away in a Terran prison, but I wasn't going to let his serum go to waste as well.
