Cosmo Tower is a location in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Owned by Knowhere Chief of Security Cosmo, it serves as the hub for his Security Corps, keeping the peace in the lawless station.

In the story, Peter Quill wants to go there to report the events they witnessed on The Rock during Chapter 6: Between a Rock and a Hard Place to Cosmo. After wandering on the city and being attacked by the Blood Brothers, the Guardians and the Roclite mercenaries are taken into custody inside the tower in Chapter 7: Canine Confusion. It is later seen again in Chapter 12: Knowhere To Run.
