Chapter 7: Canine Confusion is the seventh of sixteen chapters in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Peter wakes up in Knowhere's prison and finally meets Cosmo.
Summary[]
Quill successfully convinces Cosmo to let them investigate the Universal Church and he even agrees to teleport them to the Hala's Hope to find out what Ko-Rel knows. As the group explores the ship, they discover that the Universal Church has converted the entire planet of Contraxia and that Nikki believes Star-Lord is her biological father. At the end of their exploration, they watch videos of Ko-Rel entering the Quarantine Zone and being attacked by the same purple-and-black mass that Peter and Rocket released by accident. Most disturbingly of all, they see Nikki was present for the encounter, but before they can piece everything together, Grand Unifier Riker barges in with two massive robots and invites the Guardians onto his ship, Sacrosanct.
