Badoon Ritual Mask is an item which can be scanned by Peter Quill, if the crew sold Rocket to Lady Hellbender, and after the Guardians were locked into the Lady's Vault. Aside from her menagerie, the Lady also has a collection of oddities in her Vault, the Badoon Ritual Mask is one of them.
